How to read metering pump adjustment meter?
The metering pump meter shows the ratio. To obtain the flow rate of the pump at this ratio, it needs to be measured.
The following steps need to be consulted or measured:
1. Check the pump's factory performance test report to get the pump's flow rate at this ratio
2. If there is no factory performance test report, it can also be measured on the device (more accurate than the previous method):
1) Measure the flow at 100% of the metering table of the metering pump
2) Measure the flow at 75% of the metering table of the metering pump
3) Measure the flow at 50% of the metering meter
4) Measure the flow at 30% of the metering meter
5) A flow rate is the ordinate, and the scale of the metering pump adjustment meter is the abscissa. Draw the above data on the coordinate paper and fit a straight line closest to each point
6) The flow rate of the metering pump adjustment meter at other ratios can be read on this straight line
