How to maintain the accuracy of the gauge and improve the reliability of the test results has a great relationship with the operator, so the gauge must be used reasonably and correctly.
1. Please check carefully before use. First check the drawings to see if the pressure gauge meets the required inspection dimensions and tolerances, so as to avoid errors and cause a lot of waste. At the same time, check whether the gauge has a conformity mark or other certification. Also check whether there are rust spots, scratches, burrs and other defects on the working surface of the gauge, because these defects can easily lead to the deterioration of the surface quality of the inspected workpieces, especially the non-ferrous metal workpieces with higher tolerance levels, and the surface roughness. Also check whether the connection between the gauge probe and the handle is firm and reliable. Finally, check the inspection part of the workpiece (especially the inner hole) for burrs, bumps, scratches and other defects. 2. Before use, please clean it first, then use fine cotton yarn or soft cloth to wipe the working surface of the gauge, and apply a thin layer of oil on the working surface to reduce wear. 3. Before using, you must distinguish which is the end point and which is the end point. Make no mistakes. 4. When using the gauge, the correct operation method of the gauge can be summarized as "light", "positive", "cold" and "full". Lightweight, that is, when using the pressure gauge, you should operate it carefully, safely and reliably; do not throw it at will; do not collide with the workpiece, and check after the workpiece is stable;
